Equally as important as the previous issues, your site can suffer in the SERPs a decline in search engine ranking, or be removed all together. And a bigger menace to your site, you and your customers is the ever present danger of hackers and bots that insert malicious code or entire software on your server. Your site can become a point of infection on the web if not properly maintained.

You need to have a maintenance plan of action each month that includes content updates, technical updates and repair, and SEO activity. This can be a daunting task if your site is large. Or you may forget to do these things. Putting them off can lead to expensive repairs as small tasks pile up or lead to large scale failure or corruption..

I can help you maintain your site, performing the tasks all competent webmasters engage in. To help you keep your eye on your budget, I am offering prorated rates in this Pre-paid Maintenance Packages.

Purchase as many hours as you think you need in a year. I will automatically perform technical updates to your CMS/blog e-commerce store. You can additionally ask for any other tasks that fall into the Package scope to be performed.

You should know:

1. You must purchase a minimum of three (3) pre-paid hours
2. Hours purchased are non-refundable.
3. Hours purchased are good for one year from date of purchase. Please note that projects are scheduled first come first served. I do charge a rush fee for emergency scheduled items.
4. Hours can be transferred to a new domain name less three(3) hours.
5. You must pay for your Pre-paid Maintenance hours before any work is commenced. I accept PayPal or Google Checkout Invoice for rapid payment receipt. You may pay by cheque or U.S. Postal Money Order, or in person with cash. Please do not send cash through the mail.
6. Time is billed to the minute. This means that if something takes 1 hours 31 minutes and 15 seconds you will be billed for 1 hour and 32 minutes.
7. Pre-paid hours can only be used on existing websites for repair, troubleshooting and diagnosing or content updates. Here are a few examples:
   
   • Trouble shoot your already installed scripts
   • Install a script on your site.
   • Adjust HTML or CSS code .
   • Adjust elements in your design/layout.
   • Edit photographs or existing graphics.
   • Update the written content on your site. You provide the content.
   • Install and configure modules in your CMS or e-Commerce package.

If you are not sure your project qualifies for prepaid maintenance hours, please ask me before you purchase them. Pre-paid Maintenance Hours are non-refundable.
