Harmonious Concepts

Harmonious Concepts is a private Music Therapy Consulting Business based in Houston Texas. This websites goal was to provide a place to dissiminate information easily to existing and potential clients and the public at large. Also the site functions as the main point of contact for clients.

Built on the GetSimple CMS to be super easy to use and fully portable to a more powerful framework when needed. Also developed Brand Frame work and logo based on customer need.

Running Inside Out

Running Inside Out Christian movie being made here in Houston. the story is very compelling. This site was not meant to be the "Glam" site for the movie. That's to be developed later. This site was all about getting information out to donors and letting the movie owner do updates himself.

Since the budget was all but non-existent we couldn't use a lot of graphics. So I used the one photo available at the time to give the site it's look and feel and built it on the WordPress blogging platform.

Robin Bryce

Robin Bryce, Writer, Speaker, Pastor's Wife. Funny lady with a lot of heart. I designed this site for her to allow her to publish her thoughts, schedule and promotional items. I used WordPress Blogging Platform. IT is fully sociable, upgradeble and maintainable by her.

HomeSchool In Houston

HomeSchool In Houston is a portal website. It specializes in providing information and resources to homeschooling families and their supporters all over the Greater Houston Area.

My goal was to develop a very user friendly website and design. I did this using the Drupal CMS platform and XMBForums. The result is a very powerful, easy to manage, website.

Chaos to Order Houston

Chaos to Order was an organizing and de-cluttering company here in Houston. They specializes in helping families and business de-clutter, organize and stay in control of all the STUFF that come into our lives. The site we developed was done in Flash. It was okay. But I really liked this concept better than the one they eventually chose to go with.

Kids Learn To Think

Kids Learn To Think was owned by a distributor of Bright Minds Books. This was a fully developed e-commerce catalog site built on Zen Cart technology. This is one of several mock ups that I developed.

Q.T. Moose Diner

This design was entered in a contest on About.com. It did pretty well. At my last check, it was number 3 in all the entries. The goal was to use the "Moose" as a basis for a website design. I went Mascot happy. It was a lot of fun.

SugaRush - Specialty Cakes and Confections

Another fun design that I developed for a non-existent entity. It wass based on the lady's face. She reminded me of an Italian chef I met once. And there you have it - cakes!

Evening Shade

Evening Shade was a design I created based on a story someone told to me. The dark Serengeti night, giraffes and many hundreds of lightning bugs filling the air. A dar, still pond with a lone green plant growing out of the muck.

Bugsies' Restaurant and Lounge

The concept for Bugsies is based on a cool lounge I visited with some girl friends on the occasion of a bridal shower. I was impressed with the clean, easy vibe in the place. And I wanted to capture the dark, warmth of the place. This website would have extended the "brand" of the restuarant by replicating the experience of being there.
